Digital product policy
Because all products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds simply due to change of mind. However, we stand behind the effectiveness of our system with a results-based guarantee.
30-day results guarantee
If you have genuinely applied the system with your child for at least 30 days and have not observed any meaningful improvement in focus, emotional regulation, or behavior — you are entitled to a full refund.
How to request a refund
Send us an email with your order number and a short note about your experience. We review all requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
Technical issues
If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will resolve any technical issue promptly — usually within a few hours.
What is not covered
Refunds are not issued for purchases where the system was not applied, or where results are expected without consistent daily practice.
